Hey y’all! I’m Brittany Jordan, the Broker and Owner of Mason & Magnolia Real Estate. I’ve got a big heart, an even bigger personality, and a true love for helping people.
I grew up as an Army kid, moving from place to place, but when I put down roots in Mississippi in 2013, I knew I had found home. The people here are welcoming, the communities are full of life, and there’s always something going on. It’s truly one of the best places to live, and I love helping others discover that too.
I became a Mississippi REALTOR® in early 2016 and quickly knew I had found my calling. Since then, I’ve been honored to serve many families, become a Top Producer in my market, and be nominated as Best Local Realtor several years in a row. I always say I’m 100% client employed because my clients are the reason I do what I do. Serving them well is my number one priority, and I take pride in making sure every single client is represented with care, integrity, and attention to detail.
In 2021, I followed a dream that had been on my heart for years and opened Mason & Magnolia Real Estate. I wanted to create a boutique brokerage that felt different- one that put people first and mixed Southern hospitality with elevated service. I wanted to create an amazing place for agents to work and feel they can truly thrive. Since then, we’ve grown from one small office to three thriving locations across Mississippi:
Hattiesburg, where it all began, led by our incredible Managing Broker Sharmon Wichman. She’s what we call “good people” around here, and you’ll want to be her best friend after five minutes. Seriously.
Brookhaven, opened in 2022 and led by Sabrina and Chris Wolff, two of the hardest-working agents I know who treat their clients like family.
Ocean Springs, our newest office opened in January of 2024, right on Government Street in the heart of Downtown Ocean Springs. This one is extra special to me because of my family roots along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
